Registering BI Publisher Report In EBS 12.1.3

 Hi,
There are two questions to be clarified from the expertise.

1. What is the difference between the Oracle BI Desktop version and the Responsibility, XML Publisher in EBS?

2. Can be use the above both options to fulfill the same requirement for EBS R 12.1.3?

3. We have created a report using a SQL query in BI publisher desktop version and from there we can take the excel output. How can we generate the same report using EBS?
