How to skip workers by non registered objects?

 Hi Team,

Good Morning and a Happy New year to everyone.

Requirement:

Client have not registered the product qrm (as of now , the files are related to qrm are being applied in the patch process)

Please suggest how to skip the non registered product jobs a time.

If we skip by iteration wise, we can skip max 10 jobs at a time, it consumes time.
