Can we change the Supplier from the Approved PO ??

Hi All, At our cleint user has raise the PO and it is approved too form the specific authorities but later on we have point out the mistake that user by mistankely select the diffrent supplier , therefore now is it possible to change the supplier name and its corresponding site as the field is freez ??
