Volumes not managed by their preferred controllers on STK 6540 & 6140 Storages

Hi all,

On a STK 6540 storage virtualised behind an HDS 9990V keeps reporting that some volumes are not managed by their preferred controllers.I have tried Redistribution of volume to their preferred controller using the Service advisor but no result.  

I have also tried power cycle the storage controllers and arrays, still no result. Please can anyone help on possible solution to this issue?
