Unable to clear alarm on Storagetek 6140 after replacing a faulty disk

Hi Support Team,
Kindly assist, I am unable to clear the alarm on Storagetek 6140 after replacing a faulty disk. Every thing look fine, the replace disk is green and optimal, but on clearing the alarm I noticed the "DELETE" tab is greded-out, and this makes it difficult to clear the alarms.

Customer wants this cleared, please I need help on how to go about this.
