Can't start enterprise server

Hi All,
I am configuring small installation for testing purposes. I have installed my deployment server, and enterprise server (the same machine as DB). Iinstalled Tools Release 9.1.2.0 and I have aproblem: I can't start my enterprise server from Server Manager. When I click "Start" nothing happens and the log shows:
