Oracle EBS login Problem

Hi,We are using Oracle EBS R 12.
After restart of Oracle EBS R12 Services I am facing following error when I try to access Vision Instance main page

http://hostname.domainname.com:8010

Not Found

The requested URL /OA_HTML/AppsLogin was not found on this server.

adstrtal.log  shows

adstrtal.sh: Exiting with status 0
