Assigning a Contract Administrator

Hello,
In Procurement Contracts, is there somewhere I can identify a Contract Administrator that defaults as the Contract Administrator on each purchasing document that a contract template is applied? Or is this something that has to be defined on the specific purchasing document when a template is applied?
