APP-FND-002004: Receiving Transaction Manager RCVOLTM for your concurrent Request XXX TM-Timeout

 Hello Gurus,
we did not encounter this error message when doing IT testing on Oracle R12.


However, we now have an issue with the Receiving Transaction Manager
This issue is now occurring almost every time during the UAT Testing on Oracle R12 latest release.

We are going live in about 1 month on R12, and we already change the value of the Receiving Transaction Manager number of processes from 2 to 3 then from 3 to 10.

Still we have the issue.

Please let me know other suggestions I could try to fix this issue.
