Upgrade to Crystal with alarms

Hi gurus,
I have a SE6540 with firmware :

Current configuration
      Firmware version:             06.60.22.10
      NVSRAM version:               N6091-660843-003

I want to upgrade it to Crystal,  but it has the following alarms, these alarms are older:

Alarm list for device SUN.371-1807-01.0728EG1586

Alarm ID   : alarm296
Description: event.ProblemEvent.REC_DDC_AVAILABLE.description
Severity   : Minor
Element    :
GridCode   : 63.66.1106
Date       : 2012-02-21 10:11:20

Alarm ID   : alarm300
Description: Diagnostic data has been captured by the array.
Severity   : Minor
Element    : SUN.371-1807-01.0728EG1586
GridCode   : 63.64.1106
Date       : 2012-03-28 08:20:35


Can I upgrade it with these alarms? if I cannot; How can I delete it?
