Hi All,
We have a hard disk failure Tray.85.Drive.12. The hot spare automatically took over for that failed disk successfully and I could see in majorEventLog.txt that the data construction action was completed for all affected volume(s) dbbackup1 dbbackup2. However, physically there is a abnormal thing when I see the LED status on the faulted disk. Actually the OK LED on faulted disk is still GREEN, the Amber LED and OK to Remove are also OFF. So what should I do to replace failed disk??? If this problem is normal, so can I perform to replace as Service Advisor guide how to
