Install, Upgrade, Clone, Patch - EBS (MOSC)

After applying patch 12668756 the EBS Login redirect pages shows blank page

Hi, I am not entirely sure if this patch has anything to do with the issue that I am having. Here is a little brief on the environment.

Database Server: OEL 5.9  64-bit    Database Version: 11.2.0.3

Application Server: OEL 5.9 32-bit    EBS 12.1.3      (Conc + Web)

I had applied the same patch on CRP1 instance, and i had no issues. While applying this patch on DEV, I am faced with this issue.

I also should mentioned that DEV is a clone of CRP1 ( clone last week) and this was the first patch that I am applying in DEV.

According to the oacore application.log:

13/03/24 14:30:36.549 html: chain failed
