R12 upgrade

Hi, My client is going for an Upgrade from 11.5.10 to R12.1.3, is there any documnent available where i can find the pre upgrade task for Oracle Purchasing and Iprocurement and post upgrade activity to be done.

or if anyone who has done the upgrade before and has these steps and documented, if you can share. Highly appreciate it. Any set of information will be helpful.
