Solaris 10 Server is over load issue

Hi,

I am facing the  application server is overload issue. When we check with the process is not showing much usage

Also the memory is enough free and swap too. The networking part also ok..

Any procedure or command's to confirm this issue.... What vmstat output is exactly shows???

Can anyone help me out....
