R073667 (Employee Medicare Register) incorrectly calculates Wages Over $200,000

FYI,

R073667 (Employee Medicare Register) is rounding different than the actual Medicare Tax calculation used to populate the F07353 (Tax Detail File) during a payroll.   Then the R073667 report tries to calculate the Wages Over $200,000 based on the difference between the calculation and what's stored in the F07353 table using the 0.009 Additional Medicare Tax rate.  And since sometimes there's a difference (because of rounding) between the two calculations, R073667 reports incorrect Wages Over $200,000.
