Sun Storage 6180 Controller problem

Hi all,

I've been facing the following problem on Sun Storage 6180 array. It status code has showing 0S + L0 in sequence and the CAM software has been reporting two errors

1. Enclosure tray Tray.85 lost redundancy, working channel: 2.

2. Controller Tray.85.Controller.A is offline

how can I resolve this issues
