Dear All,
One of the secondary controller is failed in 3310 scsi dual controller storage array and the controller firmware revision is 3.25S
My Question is
We have one spare controller which is 3..66 firmware revision.
Can i replace the secondary controller with the 3.66 firmware.? If yes then both the controllers will be downgraded to 3.25S or will upgrade to 3.66 while syncing.
Please advise the above activity is recommended or not and moreover without data loss need to do this task.
Thanks & Regards
