2540 with t4-1 Sun cluster

Hello , I would like to have some reference on 2540 2GB cache controller M2  ( cheaper than 4 GB ) with sun cluster , I need to replicate between 2 x 2540 ( 2 sites  sun cluster on 2 2540 boxes ) .I think that the performances and solution could be approached with a FC interlink.
Is the sun cluster with solaris 10/11 supported ?
What about perforformances ? Thanks
