URGENT - Could not able to login 11i after RUP7

Hi All,
I have applied the following patches in my QA environment and ran autoconfig successfully.

6241631
7429248
9053932
7582470


After that, i have replaced the zone.properties file from backup before autoconfig and started the application services
However, i could not able to see the login page and i see the following errors in apache log
i touched the rewrite.lock file on below location and then getting error shown below last few lines. 
Not sure what went wrong, why it is complaining this message. I didnt find much hits in metalink as well as in forum.
Please help me asap

[Mon Apr 29 18:50:15 2013] [error] (2)No such file or directory: mod_rewrite: Child could not open RewriteLock file /qa_app/oracle/qaora/iAS/Apache/Apache/logs/rewrite.lock
