Java message on login p6 8.2 FP22

Hi - When we login, we are getting a JAVA message asking if we want to run the application. This only occurs sporadically.  AND if the message doesn't pop up - we can't open the Project tab -it will say loading but it doesn't.  

I have gone in to the Admin site and set the JAVA instruction as per instructions from an earlier post.

Is there a way to suppress the Client Detection through JAVA?  Is there a way to change applet settings in IE or in JAVA to get rid of the pop up so it is always trusted?
