Punchout or Transparent Punchout to Supplier Site?

Hello,

Our organization need to establish Punchaout Catalog to Supplier Site and now we are considering which type of Puchout to choose. So we have a range of qustions which are not covered in User's Guide:

1) Which type of Punchout to supplier site is more easy technically set (a) for Supplier, (b) for Buyer's organization? And why?

2) Which type is more convinient for Requestors?

3) What are the main disadvantages Punchout in comparison with Transparent Punchout and vice versa?

4) Please share any additional documentation regarding this topic besides User's Guide.
