Can we edit PO Budget account for the PO whose destination type is expense.

We have senario where different expense items have differenet Budget Control Accounts.

When i raise a PO  for any of the expense items it is getting defaulted with the  one  account and it does not allow me to change the PO budget account in distributions tab.
