POR: Autocreate Shopping Category and Mapping is set to yes at site Level.

Hi All,

the Profile Option POR: Autocreate Shopping Category and Mapping is set to yes at site Level. Now whenever i am assigning the few item to Specific Inventory Org (of mine OU) From Master Item. So just after the assignment when i log into into mine iprocurment Responsibility (OU WISE) it shows the item on searching the main store. But before it wasnt ??

NOTE : WE HAVE MAKED CUSTOMIZED RESPOSIBILITIES BASED FOR EACH OU, AND ASSIGN THE RESPECTIVE OUS BASED ON MO:OPERATING UNIT Profile Options.

I wanted to the basics of this configuration and why it is happening ?? I am not the one who configure these therefore i am facing alot problem in it.
