I have next information
How to Track or Audit Any Changes Made Within Project Management or Methodology Management [ID 907655.1]

But it´s not clear how to make a query about something like How to know which user login and delete data like projects, resources or activities ????

In fact I am not a dba but I need to know how to do it?
