Can intercompany process is valid between two ledgers

1 - I have two ledgers and I need to apply intercompany between the two ledgers is this possible?

2 - Also can I do inter org transfer between two ledgers?

3 - can I do a Purchase order in one ledger and select the inventory organization of the other ledger?
