User Login / Out Report Showing Users Getting Logged Out Constantly

We have recently upgraded from FP6 to FP9 and from reviewing reports we see that users are getting logged out and back on consistently. This is causing agents in Predictive to have to log out / back into Predictive constantly. What is the problem?
