Enforce Lot Quantity at Purchasing Option of PO ??

Hi ALL,

What is the Purpose of having the Enforce Lot Quantity at the Purchasing Options of PO ?? I am little confuse about this Option and LOV under it.

Kindly Provide me the basic Knowledge for this.
