Slow to login to E-Business Suite application

Hi All,

I have an issue on my test E-Business  server which it take long to login with the username and password. It was taking longer than the production instance, which is about 3 minutes to login.

I have done to restart and even reconfigure with autoconfigure, but it did not happen the situation.

What could be the cause of the issue? What can be the solution for this issue?
