How to fix EBS User Creation Error ORA-20001 - registered with OID.. ? Please help.

 Hello All

I have successfully registered EBS (11.5.10.2) with OID 11gR1 (11.1.1.1.6.0) with Bi_directional profile. But When I try to create a user in EBS env, I am getting following error message: 

Unabled to call fnd_ldap_wrapper.update_user due to the following reason:
ORA-20001: Unabled to call fnd_ldap_wrapper.update_user due to the following reason:
OID is not registered correctly. Please contact system administrator.. (USER_NAME=AMITTEST)

Now I have set all SSO profile options correctly and also applied SSO 10g Integration Patch: 11i.ATG_PF.H RUP7 SSO 10g Integration (6936696). 

Did someone had similar experience?.
