Some times reports folders are not visible when login to BIP application

Hi,

Issue description:
Here Oracle BI publisher (ver:10.1.3.4.1)has integrated with sieble application(Version:8.1.1.4) with "LDAP authenitcation" in "siebel security" model and some reports are developed in siebel and working fine.
At the same time few reports have been developed in same BIP standalone application with SQL queries by login into BIP application.
For the reports access control I added reports folders to some roles created in SIEBEL ,when user login with SIEBEL LDAP credentials into BIP application added reports folders are accessble based on user roles created in SIEBEL and able to generate the reports ,but some times same reports are not visible.
