CPU Server load

Hello All,
Before 4 hrs, I have got CPU spike (97%) from a server which has some 10 Dbs running in it..
1. Is there any way to check which DB consumed so much CPU at that time without running any report ?
2. Is there any tool to check this information ? like OEM, toad..
