After setting the default responsibility in user preference in Oracle, not able to login.

Hi Team,

After setting the default responsibility in user preference, not able to login. Getting error message 'Function is not available under responsibility. But that responsiblity is having that function.

Once I login to system then only I can able to revert back. Now I am not able to revert back my preference.

Please help on this to revert back the preference.
