The receipts process (brazil licalization) is not creating the register in RCV_HEADERS_INTERFACE tab

HI everybody,

I know this problem is Localizations because we are using REC Module but somebody already saw the problem where the receiving process insert line/register in RCV_TRANSACTIONS_INTERFACE table but not insert in RCV_HEADERS_INTERFACE table ?

I think the problem could be RCVRCERL.pll object but I'm not sure.

Any comments is welcome.
