rapidiw for 12.1.1 configuration : JSP and Login Page fail
After running rapidwiz to configure the instance following the 12.1.1 upgrade driver both JSP and Login Page fail
JSP - JSP is not responding
Login Page - RW-50016: Error: - {0} was not created
I have investigated this and found the following
In $APPLCSF/log/XDPAMONS4253443.txt I see the following
"Exception in static block of jtf.cache.CacheManager. Stack trace is: oracle.app.jtf.base.resources.FrameworkException: IAS Cache initialization failed. The Ditributed Caching System failed to initialize on port: 12405. The list of hosts the distributed caching system is: 172.22.1.56 172.22.1.57 . The port 12405 sould be free on each host running the JVMs."
I can see that this port is configured in $CONTEXT_FILE as follows
