Can't open application from fast path of web client

Hi, what could be the root cause of below captured screen ? Before re-installation, my IE work fine with JDE. But after reinstallation , i couldn't open application window, either by drilling down into icon or by using fast path "P01012", "AB" etc...FYI, the fat client work with no problem in navigating the application or fast path use.
pls advice what have gone wrong... Thanks,

Version : JDE E1 - 9/8.98 Standalone Client OEE
