Can't reflect update on the version list using MYITADAM id (JDE world)

Hi, all. my customer have created a version in P42565 – A01 with Description: <Print Invoice (SO->RI)**Test**adam> with user ID- MYITADAM, 

But this is not reflected to other user’s view of version(e.g MYITRACHEL). 

 

Next,  he did a change with user-ID: MYITRACHEL on version CASEY001: <Print Invoice (SO->RI)**Test**>, it reflected to ALL user’s view.

 

This situation is happened in all kind of program and environment.

Why MYITADAM can't while other ID can ?

Btw. how to retrieve debug log and jde log in this version ?
