R07236 Flat File for Auto Deposit Bank Register Missing Trailing Nines (9's)

When running the Auto Deposit Bank Register, R07236, the text file output will periodically be absent of the trailing 9's indicating the end of the upload file.  We opened an SR number (3-6432956271) which resulted in a recommend spec merge.  This was performed and for 5 months we've had no issues...until today.  We have not applied any ESUs so it would appear that the SR solution was more of a coincidence.  Has anyone experienced the loss of the "End of File" indicator (trailing nines) from the Auto Bank Deposit Bank Register?
