iSupport (IBU) - External user accounts (Customers) are randomly being inactivated (login via SSO)
Environment: Oracle v12.1.3 with SSO for both internal & External users Oracle E-Business Suite AccessGate 1.1 - ODSM/OID
On 12.1.3 - PROD:
Problem logging to the iSupport portal (IBU)
Customers trying to login to iSupport (IBU) portal via SSO are randomly being inactivated which forces us to reset their passwords so they can log back in. Password reset happens thru ODSM/OID.
This is happening 2-5 times per day with accounts from some of our main customers. This has also happened with an account that we use for synthetic monitoring (Uptrends) where there is not a chance that the password was typed incorrectly.
