Unable to login hyperion interactive reporting

hi i am trying to login hyperion through fron end after giving my credentials i am getting error like this, First -

Loading the module ‘wksp.mode’ failed.

Then-

A “Parse’ error occurred communicating with the server.

please suggest how can i slove this problem.
