RUEI Login Page with error : 'error_log(/processor/log/gui_debug.log) [<a href='function.error-log'>

 Hi Oracle RUEI Community,                 Upon accessing the RUEI Login page https://<ruei_ip>/ruei. We have been ecnountering this error :

(18:43:51) error:
'error_log(/processor/log/gui_debug.log) [<a href='function.error-log'>function.error-log</a>]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory' (in /opt/ruei/gui/include/error/debug.inc.php on line 236.)
(18:43:51) exception:
(256): ORA-12162: TNS:net service name is incorrectly specified
(18:43:51) language:
Loading language catalog en/errors
(18:43:51) database:
New connection
(18:43:51) wiUser:
Setting user preferences
Stack trace:
Empty stack

                We have checked the TNS service and it is ok. Please see attachment for the screenshot.
