T4 running slow - Need help

We migrated our applicataion/database from an old V890 to a T4-2.

With the new hardware in place we expected it to run faster but not much difference.

I am an oracle dba trying to see what is wrong.

The database monitor does not show any unusual events on the database

We are using NFS for sharing a CODE top from the database to the web tier.

Was wondering if the slowness if because of NFS. Any tunable parameters in the NFS on solaris 10

$cat dfstab

share -F nfs -o rw=kes01 -d "R12Apps dir" /appsR12

root@proscdb01
