M4000 slow performance when run the batch. (Took 6-9hrs) ,

Hi
The following is our finding:
In Current production, when we running one of the batch run option (option 3a), it only took the maximum 2 hours to complete this step.
Where in our new environment, option 3a took 6-9 hours to complete.
I have collected the zpool iostat on both server, in the new Env, once the option 3a kicks in, it started at a very high bandwidth, and start to drop.
However, in our current production, it remain stable.
at the database side, we also notice that there are also some different behavior.
