Requisition notification RESPONDER is a WF_LOCAL_ROLES display name

Hi,

I'm confused about a particular scenario that is currently being faced in my project.

The responder of a particular notification is being shown as 'Della Shaw' which is the display name of a role in WF_LOCAL_ROLES whereas the recipient of the notification is one 'Angela Parkes'.

I have checked and 'Angela Parkes' has not delegated any notifications through vacation rules during that time period.

Also, the employee 'Della Shaw' does not have a user in front end.

For the REQAPPRV Workflow, Approval Routing is done through AME and Parallel Approval Subprocess with First Responder Wins is used.
