bea-149500 an exception occurred while registering the mbean null

When we try and deploy/run/debug our application the weblogic server gives an error a fails to run the application.  It returns the error bea-149500.  It also says that there is a duplicate mbean but the name returned is null. 

This does not appear to be something we are explicitly doing.  References to the web suggest that it might be an internal error.  It has been working for us but just started this yesterday.  Any ideas on what might be causing this?

jdeveloper 11.1.2.1.0/ jdk 1.6

I will attach the first part of the log generated.
