Can this be a view of DTrace overhead

Watching very instructive videos of power management in T4 and T5 I've gotten to the powertop tool.
Running the tool I was surprised by the top of the list causes of wakeups and so my question: is this a view of DTrace overhead within the system?
If so, wouldn't be better to have a global and dynamic option to disable DTrace?
