Custom PO Requisition Account Generator not triggered for Requisitions created thro Requisition Impo

Custom PO Requisition Account Generator works for manually created Requisitions, but does not work for Requisitions created through Requisition Import request. For example Kanban replenishment requisitions.

Please help to find a solution.
