Store in iProcurement for Non Cataloge Request ?

 Hello ALL, 
Hope you all are doing well. 

Using iProcurement we use to create the Non Catalog request and these are actually the logical items those are based on the description and category assigned to it. Now mine question is Can I suppose to create a sprate store for all the Non Cataloge Items ??? If yes then how ?
