Need to register database with another OMS using dbca

We have a situation where there are three management agents running on our server (don't ask).  Using dbca, I have registered my database with one of the corresponding OMS.  Now, I need to register with another one, but there is now no option to do that in dbca.  Is there a way to get that option to show back up even though the database is already registered with one?
The doc shows what I want to see.  At the least I should see the management agents that this database is not (yet) registered with.  Instead, this screen is not displayed at all if the database has been registered with any management agent.

Howdy, Stranger!
