HFM Unable to lock Entity
Hi, we are facing the following situation.
The admin user unable to lock entity in HFM for current period.
They said this happen whenever they add new entity under existing parent.
This cause validation error on previous period which has been locked.
The solution for them is that they need to re-open the previous period
from period 01, re-calculate, then lock the period again.
Please advise, what should be the better practice. Is this normal behaviour?
Our user afraid re-calculation of previous period which has been locked
may cause some changes to the numbers.
