Unable to personaliza "Response Style" Poplist Item in OAF Page (Sourcing Module)

Hi,

In the Sourcing module responsibility, when we create an RFI, there is a poplist called "Response Style".

In the "Personalize Page" link, I'm unable to see that particular item.

Also, I clicked on "About this Page" link, in the VO "BidVisibilityVo" which I'm sure is the VO for that poplist, the Vo query is being shown as "SELECT NULL AS CODE, NULL AS MEANING FROM DUAL".

Can anyone please explain this?
